4Cement concrete with graded jhama khoa (30 mm size) excluding shuttering In ground floor and foundation. For Flooring with prop.(1:3:6)
5125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor. Outer side of each windrow up to 0.15 m height
6Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (a) In foundation and plinth
