2Water to water Plate heat exchanger:- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Water to Water Heat Exchanger having Transfer plates, manufactured from 304 stainless steel, Nitrile rubber gaskets with ANSI 150 connections, Compressed asbestos or gaskets with no memory are not acceptable, Constructionconsisting of a carbon steel frame with one stationary cover and one movable cover. The heat transfer plates and the movable cover shall be suspended from an upper carrying bar and guided by a lower guiding bar, which are attached to the stationary frame plate and the support column. The moveable cover and the heat transfer plates shall be easy to move after disconnection of the tightening bolts. The design shall permit ready access to the plate pack for inspection and cleaning and it shall permit removal of individual plates. The exchanger shall be of counter flow or cross flow design to accommodate thermal duties with possible temperature cross. The exchanger shall be rated with fouling allowance required for the process duty. Nozzle velocities shall not exceed 20 feet per second. Plates shall be designed to withstand full maximum differential pressure without any pressure on the adjacent plates. Minimum thickness of plates before stamping shall be 0.5 mm.
3All heat transfer surfaces must be accessible for mechanical cleaning. Plate corrugation for the entire plate shall be pressed in a single stroke of the press. All inlet and outlet connections above 50 mm shall be flanged. Connections 50 mm and below may be threaded or flanged. The frame parts shall be sandblasted and painted with a primer and a finishing paint. During manufacturing, all tests and inspection required by applicable regulations and codes shall be performed to assure that material, workmanship, finish, dimensions and markings are in accordance with the specifications. Heat exchanger shall be designed for working pressure of 8 bar. When completely assembled, heat exchanger shall be subjected to independent hydrostatic tests on both the hot and cold sides to 1.5 times the working pressure. Exchanger frame capacity shall be able to accommodate a minimum of 20 percent additional plates. Design Pressure 10 bar Flow rate 150 GPM +/- 10 gpm
4SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER:- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Shell and tube heat exchanger, water to water, with copper tubes. Working pressure 6 bar rated pressure 10 bar Shell Side: condenser water (40-70 deg C) Tube side: Chilled water (8-12 deg C). Cleanable internal surface of tubes. Shell flow rate: min 100 gpm
