Complete dismentling of weigh bridge top M.S Plates by removing Nut bolts by using Gas cutter/welding, replacement of Load cell base and cups etc and reassembling the removed plates by using new M.S Nuts and bolts of required size, alignment of weigh bridge base unit etc as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 30 Ton Load Cell of following Specification. Model :- ASC2, Capacity - 30 Ton, Material :- Stainless steel, Ingress Protection :- IP68, Out Put Sensitivity:- 2.0 +/- 0.002mV/V, Input Resistance :- 1160 +/- 60 Ohms, Out Put Resistance :- 1011 +/- 11 Ohms. etc as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of weigh bridge software of latest verson including Callibration of weigh bridge with required load etc as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 1 KVA off line UPS etc as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
