7	Rates are inclusive of labour and supply of tools and tackles for water flushing amd air blowing of various hydrocarbon and other pipelines/headers at tanks TK-113,114,115,116,117 and 118 inlet as directed by EIC, Contractor shall supply fire water hoses, steam hoses, water hoses, etc. along with chicago couplings, flange connections and similar fittings required to connect the hoses for successful completion of the work. Any required valves etc for this works shall be provided on free of cost.Two tanks only shall be taken at a time for modification when inlet header is released by operations.For completion of modification at six tanks,it requires three times flushing,air blowing,steam blowing and drying.
8	This job includes supplying of all necessary tools and tackles, other water flushing accessories, air blowing accessories, air blower or compressor for carrying out air blowing, steam hoses and accessories for steam blowing, and carrying out above activities as per instruction of EIC and inspection personnel. The insulation materials to be removed from the pipesand transported to their respective designated locations as per EIC.

It is required for mounting the lifting/pulling tools required to pull the valve which is kept inside tank dyke to near erection location/ lifting& erecting the valve in position.The structural arrangement shall be made with maximum bolted connection so that can be re-used .The structural fabrication and erectionis also required for MOV supports.Contractor will be paid separately for construction of RCC pedestal required for erection of structure.
96	The job includes fabrication and erection of carbon steel structurals in position such as platforms, ladders, stairs, brackets, pipe supports, pipe shoe, using the structural materials like angles, flats, channels, beams, rounds, plates etc. at all grades & elevations.

116	TRANSPORTING & DISPOSING the surplus earth & debris including shrubs and vegetations from construction area (beyond the initial lead of 100m) to the designated area outside the refinery premises up to a lead of 7km (Vaikkadu Village) including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths & heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both areas (viz., from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directedby Engineer in Charge.( Note: If measured by stacks 30%voids will be deducted.)

118	Hiring of 100 TON (or above) capacity crane (1no.).Minimum requirement the crane should be capable of handling a minimum load of 3 MT at a radius of 25 m with a boom length of 40 m or above. Job involves 1) Hiring of 1 no. 100 MT or higher crane. 2)The unit of measurement shall be considered as one day of 24 hrs/day 3)crane operator/supervisor/helper will remain all the time in touch with EIC for allotment of day to day job 4)manpower I)Crane operator-1 no per shift II)Helper for operator – 1 no. per shift. III) Supervisor - 1 no. per shift "Job involves reporting of the crane operator, helper and supervisor to EIC at 7.30 am & 7.30 pm and take the instructions from EIC.
