Stage Payment: (a) 80% payment will be released after completion of field work and submission of Survey report. (b) Balance 20% payment will be released after acceptance of Survey report by RITES. |
| 2 | Topographical survey and preparation of plan L- section & Contour Map: Topographical survey for proposed 100m wide corridor marked on Map supplied by RITES using Total Station including but not limited to the following activities: Picking up of natural and man-made features covering the entire corridor (As specified in Technical Section). Picking up of spot levels so as to depict ground truthfully, average distance between two adjacent points should be of the average order of5m. Preparation and supply of Topographical plan, L-section & contour map on AutoCAD format as per legend, showing proposed corridor with all features and spot levels. This item also includes to provide: (a) Profile and L-Section of roads for provision of ROBs / RUBs / RORs etc.. (b) Horizontal & vertical clearances of existing OH crossings, Transmission lines, Towers etc. Stage Payment: (a) 80% payment will be released after completion of field work and submission of Survey Plan . (b )Balance 20% payment will be released after acceptance by RITES |
| 3 | RCC Pillars for Ground Control Points: Providing & Fixing Pre cast RCC pillars of 1:2:4 cement concrete (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including painting, marking and engraving the pillars at site for establishment of the horizontal and vertical control all along the corridor and at other locations such as bench marks & important points etc. Size of pillar shall be 150 mm x 150 mm x 750 mm. The rate includes the cost of all material including centering, shuttering and reinforcement. The exposed surfaces should be smooth and neatly finished. Main Reinforcement shall be 4 nos. of 8mm dia bars and stirrups of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c spacing. Stage Payment: (a) 80%payment shall be released after casting of Pillars. (b) Balance 20% payment shall be released after fixing and joint verification at site. |
