| 3 | Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) compacted thicknessBituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten)ar the rate 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix/HMP of 80-100 (Eighty to hundred) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete as per approved job mix formula from approved laboratory, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controlto the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandempower road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specificationsection 500 complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Nothing extra willbe paid for higher bituminous contents required as per job mix formula.The rateis includingoctroi,royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST orother taxesimposed by the Government. |
