| 1 | OPERATION AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF 11 KV SUB-STATION, PMCC, ETP, WTP,HIGH MAST TOWERS, LIGHTING TOWERS, MOTORS AND ALL ASSOCIATED PANELS & ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ROUND THE CLOCK (IN 3 (THREE) SHIFTS)AT LPG BP, SARPARA: Comprising of : a)Assistance in Operation and Maintenenace of 68 kw Solar Power equipments like solar panels, inverter,battery bank etc.By OEM and assistance in upcoming Projectof 230kWp Ground Mounded Solar Plant Installation at Sarpara BP b)Attending of any breakdown of above mentioned equipments on round the clock basis and replacement of parts (supplied by IOCL) c)Maintaining of PMCC, ETP, WTP, DG Sets and Electrical equipments LOG Books and preventive maintenance records of all electrical systems. d)Internal cleaning of all electrical panels of the plant on weekly/as and when required basis by vaccum cleaner to prevent accumulation of dust and cobwebs inside. e)Providing assistance during AMC/OEM visit as directed by plant officials. |
| 2 | Operation and Maintenance of all electrical equipments in the Licensed and de-licensed area including in-house ST&P Plant, ETP,WTP adminstrative builing,S&D, Canteen, Parking Area, Barracks, toilets etc. in General Shift basis from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm as directed by plant officials. a)Day to day petty electrical maintenance jobs of transformers, VCB, ACB, APFCP, DG Sets, UPS & batteries including all electrical equipments/ appliances in 11 KV substation, etc. b)Maintenance of PMCC panels, wiring, circuit designing,assisting inlaying of cables, excavation, trenching, earthing, dismantling etc. c)Daily checking of all electrical appliances/ panels inside the plant area for the intactness of the FLP property & rectify the fault, if any etc. d)Checking & petty maintenance of all the electrical fittings/ equipments in theadminstrative builing,S&D, Canteen, Parking Area,inhouse ST&P Plant, ETP, Barracks, toilets etc., all tower lights, street lights, high mast towers, lighting towers and shed lights in all the operating sheds inside license area and delicensed area , whenever required . e)Checking & providing earthing, bonding,wherever required or directed by plant officials, assisting in laying of cables in trenches, glanding of motors, panels. f)Checking and maintenance of different electrical safety trips of local panels provided forDG Sets,LPG Pumps & Compressor, Screw Compressor, Chain conveyor system, Electrical Inter-locking systems etc. Job includes repairing and replacement of spares. Spares will be supplied by IOCL. g)Replacement of defective lights at any part of Plant as advised by Plant Officials. h)In addition to above any additional job assigned by Plant Officials from time to time like Quarterly Lux Level check, Flowmeter ,Energy Monitoring ,Assistance in External or Internal Electrical Audit |
| 3 | The job/service is required to be carried out during emergency/shutdown or inspection etc. as per advice of Plant Officials. Expenditure on overtime on a/c of 10 holidays declared by plant management considering one worker per shift for 3 shift operation |
