1Pump House:- Construction of Pump House of RCC framed structure with Ist class brick work at following Locations as per drawing of department and design to be provided by the tenderer and approved from competent authority including all allied Civil Works, Electrical wiring , Water supply and Sanitary fittings, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. The contractor shall provide 3 sets of approved drawing with design to the department. (Refer Data sheet No. 1for further detail)
2Construction of Pump House At BADEHAR
3Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including PCC (1:3:6)in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom dome/slab/raft, walls and beams. and RCC M-25 (design Mix) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as construction of chamber for valves,refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earthwith in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, with proper ventilator, M.S manhole coverheavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code.The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.The contractor shall provide 3 sets of drawing with design for overhead tanks duly approved from the competent authority before starting execution. Drawing for Construction of Civil structure be provided by the tenderer as per Site selection. (Refer Data sheet No. 2, 3, for further details)

5Construction of Main Storage Tank 60,000ltrs. Capacity (Village Badehar)
6Boundary wall :
7Excavation in foundations,trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. Layers,when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.,consolidating each deposited layers by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as dierected within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. (Pick Jumper work)
8Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand :12 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) On curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinthin all lead and lifts .
9Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (un coursed/brought to course) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) in brest wall complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
10Providing and laying cement concrete work1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.
11Brick work using common burnt clay building brick in S.S in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) 2nd class brick complete all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
122nd class half brick masonary using common burnt clay building bricks in CM 1:4 (1 Cement :4 sand) in S.S within all leads.
1315mm cement plaster in single coat of rough sides of bricks/concrete stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:6. (1 Cement :6 Sand) in all leads and lifts.
14Finishing wallwith water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
15Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars,ladders railling, brackets and similar work in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
16Wire crate to protect the head works :
17Hiring of earth cutting/excavating machineries to be deployed for earth cutting/excavating or filling making diversion bandh and channel wherever required including cost of fuel oil lubricants and wages of operational staff any repair breakage during operation will be carried out by the owner at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery one place to another place at required location.Actual working hours will be accounted for the payment and six hour per day working will required average minimum 20cm (twenty cm) excavation in all kind of soil including loading in tippers trucks and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts will have to be ensured one hour working (Excavator cum loader)
18Wire crate made of G.I wire handwoven (double twisted) filled with quarried stone not less than 18Kg withsquare cut faces against the wire (G.I wireto be measured and paid for seperately) in all lead and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfactionof Engineer-in-Charge.
19Wire crates made of G.I. wire handwoven (double twisted) filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Boulder filling to be measured andpaid for seperately) in all leads and lifts as perdirection and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge ( G.I. wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6,15cmx15cmmesh )
