Name of Work: Repair of 300 KVA Servo Stabilizer installed in the Botany Department (alongwith one year defect liability) at New University Campus, Jammu.

1Repair, overhauling and servicing of 300 KVA,3-phase servo control automatic voltage stabilizer including rewinding of damaged windings with copper, replacement of damaged motors, repairing of control panel, including control wiring of the panel, replacement of voltmeters and Ammeters with Voltage Selector Switch and Current Selector Switch and Repair/Replacement ofany other parts in the said panel, providing of the by Pass switch gear of required ratings to bypass the main power in case of future faults, Replacement ofContactor and time delay relay for Protection and safety of the Equipment, Painting, Earthing if required, Refilling of shortfall transformer oil including dehydration and filling of existing Transformer oil in the Servo Transformer Tank. The job also includes the transportation charges from site to Workshop and back to site including crane charges and re-connection, Testing and re-commissioning under the supervision of qualified Engineer and technician of the service provider. The Service provider is required to Comprehensively maintain the Servo Stabilizer during the defect liability period of one year and shall be responsible for the parts/spareto be replacedas stated above.
