The timer box out door type,mounted on GI angle iron frameof size 25x25x4mm grouted in cement concrete,including necessary excavation and earth work,connection of LT UG cable.complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
16	M&L for Welding of existing LT Panel/bus bar Chamber/Junction boxes with the help of welding machine, after filing nuts,bolts,etc. includinglocking arrangement and applying one coat of synthetic enamel ivory paint(Smoke grey) to steelsurface after disconnecting the electrical connections and reconnection the same at various sitesby taking safety precautions after painting complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

50	Labour only for attending complaints, carry out inspection, identifying the fault of geyser/solar water heating system at various location and making geyser/solar water heating system serviceable after testing, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (i) Cost of minor spares such as rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, flanges and minor welding/brazing and loose connection deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Cost of major spare such as heating element, thermostat, hot water pipe, MCB, safety valve, indicating bulbwill be measured and paid under respective items of schedule. (iii) If contractor fail to attend/rectify complaints within 16 Hrs of complaint time, recovery at Rs @ 200 per day will be done form workdone amount. (iv) Geyser already considered under item no 32 here-in-before shall not be considred under this item.

52	S&F in repair Angle Valve 15mm bore (dia), Cast Copper Alloy, Chromium Plated, screwed down, high pressure, screwed both Ends for Iron Pipe with Wall Flange, complete all as specified and as directed.
53	S&F in repairs Bib Tap 15mm bore (dia), 2-in-1, Cast Copper alloy, Chromium Plated, suitable for fixing of Jet including Flange screwed down, complete all as specified and as directed.
54	M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 4 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealedin wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories and incl provn of PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly all as specified including dismantling old and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site. Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, conduitand conduit accessories will be measured as one length.
55	S&F in repairs Metal Plug and socket including one No. MCB 20A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
56	M&L for dismantaling and taking down complete solar water heater system of 300 LPD capacity installed at single/double/triple storey bldgs and re-fixing the same after carrying out following works:- (i) Complete cleaning and de-scaling of inlet and out let connections, solar collectors, glasses, hot water tank, cold water tank, make up tank, fittings, fixtures & pipelines etc with suitable chemical agent. (ii) Complete servicing and maintenance. (iii) Replacement of unserviceable spares as deemed necessary such as hot water tank, flat plate collectors, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, flanges etc., repair of minor leakages if any by carrying out minor welding/brazing. (iv) Complete testing and to ensure proper functioning & maintaining minimum water temparature i.e. 60°C complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Cost of minor spares such as chemical agents, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, flanges etc and minor welding/brazing deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b)The cost of hot water tank, flat plate collectors shall be paid in respective items separately.
57	M&L for hot water tank in replacement of capacity 300 Ltrs without heat exchanger (Non pressurized) type, cylindricalshape, inner tank made of SS 304L with inlet, outlet & overflow arrangement & valves, duly insulated with glass wool/rockwool not less than 100mm thick layer & outer metallic body and including suitable electrical backup (heating elements & thermostat), sacrificial anode, temperature guage & make-up tank etc. complete all as specified and directed. The electrical back-up system should be thermostatically controlled at 50°C for hard water and 55°C-60°C for soft water.
58	M&L for hot water tank in replacement of capacity 200 Ltrs without heat exchanger (Non pressurized) type, cylindricalshape, inner tank made of SS 304L with inlet, outlet & overflow arrangement & valves, duly insulated with glass wool/rockwool not less than 100mm thick layer & outer metallic body and including suitable electrical backup (heating elements & thermostat), sacrificial anode, temperature guage & make-up tank etc. complete all as specified and directed.
