| 2 | 1. Designing of edger Roll lubrication system. A guideline layout for suction & delivery pipeline, tank and pump/motor layout has been given in the technical specification.2. Supply of Edger Roll lubrication system to site (i.e. Tata Steel Kalinganagar HSM). It is the responsibility of the contractor to supply all the equipment to Tata Steel Kalinganagar HSM site.3. Installation of Edger Roll lubrication system at HSM, Tata Steel Kalinganagar. It is the responsibility of the contractor to successfully install the Edger Roll Lubrication system which means contractor shall ensure the smooth operation of edger Roll lubrication system after installation. 4. Maintenance of Edger Roll lubrication system during the trial period of IOCL Rolling Oil at Tata Steel Kalinganagar. Tentative trial period will be 3 months. However this may vary (increase/decrease) depending upon the condition of HSM mill operation at Tata Steel Kalinganagar. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure smooth operation of Edger Roll lubrication system. Any maintenance work needed to attend for smooth functioning of Edger Roll lubrication system shall be attended and fixed by the contractor within 48 hours. There shall not be any stoppages of IOCL Rolling Oil trial due to maintenance issue of edger roll lubrication system.5. Removal of installed equipment & clearing of HSM site (of Tata Steel Kalinganagar site) after completion of trial.Tentative list of equipment for supply, installation of Edger Roll lubrication system is as per Tender Document. a) Oil tank-1200 litre of MS Plate 3 MM thick as per IS 2062 dimension 1000 x 1200 mm - 1 nob) M S structure of 50 x 50 x 5 Angle as per IS 2062for Tank & Pump – 1 noc) Threaded Immersion Heaters 3000 watt. For keeping oil constant oil temperature @50 Degree C.- 3 nosd) Float type level switch with No/Nc contact. - 3 nos.e) Oil Pump (Rotary Gear Pump) with 1 HP Motor, suction & delivery ½” – Capacity -5 LPM @ 10 Bar Pressure – 2 nos.f) Electrical Control Panel with Temperature controller, Selector switch & Starter for Oil Pumps one runningand one standbyg) Spring loaded Pressure reliefvalve for maintaining the desire pressure ofDelivery line - 2 nosh) Pipe Line with fittings i.e Tee, Elbow, NRV 2 nos., Ball Valve 6 nos, Pressure gauge 2 nos., MS pipe ½” as per IS 3589 wall thickness 3.2 mm with Min 20 meter.i) Any other equipment required necessarily for the installation and successful working of Edger Roll lubrication system |
