Name of Work: Improvement such as widening and strengthening to Binjharpur Singhpur road from 5/900 km. to 10/730 km. in the district of Jajpur under State Plan for the year 2022-23.

2Dismantling cement concrete grade M-15, M-20 including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge
3Dismantling brick /Tile work in cement mortar under 3m height with all lift including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries with 100m lead etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
4Dismantling pretressed Reinforcement cement concrete of grade M-20 & above including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 100m lead with all liftetc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge
5Removing all type of Hume pipe stacking within a lead of 1000 mt with all lift including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 100m lead etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge
6Earthwork Excavation for road works in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers ,trimming buttom and side slopes inaccordance with requirements of lines ,grades,and cross sections ,transportong to the embankment location within all lifts and leads upto 1000 mtr. as per Clause 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
7Loosening, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm. mixed with water of OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction and clause 305 of MORT&H specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)
8Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
9Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub-base Grading-VI materialsincluding all cost of materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. as per table 400-2, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works ( 5th Revision).
10Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specificationincluding all cost, conveyance of materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge works(5th Revision).
11Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surfce and spraying primer @ 0.6kg. per sqm.using mechanical broom as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision.)
12Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.2kg. per sqm.on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision.)
13Providing & laying 50 mm thick av. compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II) using VG-30 Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per Clause No. 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5thRevision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P,taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
14Providing and laying 25 mm thick av. compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) using VG-30 grade Bitumen and crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paverfinisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No.501, 508 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highwaysincluding cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
15Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm. aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed with concrete mixture, transported to site, laying and compacting with PRR, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
16Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M-30)over a prepared sub base with cement @ 400 kg. per cum coarse and fine aggregate of not exceeding to 25mm, mixed with concrete mixer as per approved mix design, laid with a fixed form compacted with vibrator and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction expansion, construction and longitudinal joint(with SAIL steel) filler separation membrance against primer joint sealant debonding strip dowel bar tie rod admixture curring compound finishing to lines and graded as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MORTH specification for Road and Bridge work(5th Revision)
17Providing and laying granular materials in shoulders using moorum in sub-base in layers not exceeding 225mm watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with Vibratory Roller with cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. all complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
18Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrom pits and other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
19Providing fine dressing and turfing the slopes of the road embankment & revetment with compact Dub grass with all lifts and within initial lead of 1 km. and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
