| 1 | Supply and Application of antifungal treatment and long-lasting protective coatings on stone art works, Dwars, Murals, Stambhs, Sculptures, Railings etc. as mentioned in the scope of work to prevent the main causes of damages like atmospheric pollution, rainwater, grease marks, ingress, chewing gum, graffiti, etc of reputed brand and manufacturer. The protective coatings shall be breathable, non-reactive, water repellent, slowing down the ageing of the material, UV resistant, transparent, non-film forming, non-glossy matte finish, easier to maintain, not changing the appearance of stone and up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge/consultant.The rate is inclusive of all materials, manpower, scaffolding of all heights, cleaning, removal of oil, dirt, dust and other foreign particulars, any algae and fungi, total surface preparation lead and lift of the required materials, requisite power, and water etc. with 5 years guarantee till the defects liability period.Measurement (Item No. 6,7,8,9,10): The length and breadth of the finished work shall be measured in meter correct to cm. The area should be calculated in sq. meter correct to two places of decimal. |
