Descaling of the air handling units- 04Nos by way of disconnecting of main chiller pipeline from the cooling coil and then descaling of the copper tubes of the coil with the help of special chemical, cleaning of fins, flushing of the line till all the blockages are flushed and then connecting chiller line back to cooling coil.Job also includes dismantling and cleaning of Y-type strainers -04 Nos and refitting back after cleaning , cleaning of chiller pipeline ,replaced the damaged butterfly valves -02Nos and then filling the water in the line and tubes/cooling coils. Job also includes dismantling the motor-01No, Pulleys-02No and then shifting to the workshop for rewinding of the motor-1No with proper copper conductor, repairing the shaft of the motor by welding/brazing and making it to the required size on lathe machine and P/F of bearings in place of damaged ones to the motor and assembling the motor and also repairing to the pulleys-02No, shifting the motor & pulleys back to the site and refitting the same and testing the motor on load after making the electrical connections. The job also includes replacing of worn out v-belts and alignment of blower pulleys and motor pulleys.The job also includes cleaning of AC vents, grills and diffuser platesinstalled in all the four floors of new emergency block by engaging manpower.

Complete cleaning/servicing of Air Handling Units 04 No. installed in the following location of New Emergency block in GMCH Jammu.a)Air handling Unit(ff)b) Air Handling Unit. (ff)The job includes cleaning of prefilters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes cleaning of nozzle head, greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes p/f of V-belts, and checking/repairs to blower alignment. The job includes cost of material, taxes and labour charges. Complete job.

Servicing / repairing ofMonoblock pumps 7.5 HP–02 Nos. installed for AC plantsatnew emergency block of GMC&H Jammu by way ofdisconnecting the electric supply, dismounting pump motors from the frame and then shifting them to theworkshop ,dismantlingthe pumpmotors and complete rewinding of the motors – 02 No with proper copper conductor, repairing the shafts –02No bydepositing the material on the shafts by welding then turningand grinding on the lathe machine in order to make them to the required size and P/F of bearings and seals, bushes in place of damaged ones also repairing of impellers and re-assembling the pump motor units, shifting them back to the site and fitting into the slots, thenmaking electrical connections and testingon load. The job includes replacement of Electrical contactors, thimbles, relays and fuses of the control panel along with damaged wiring. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, carriage charges including all sort of taxes thereof. Complete Job.
