5	Re conditioning of existing control panel : work includes servicing of contactors , calibration of relay controls , if found necessary control relays be replaced ,servicing of ATS , re filling ATS container with new oil , fixing new 1 No L&T make Mini Motor Protection Relay - offering protections namely Locked Rotor, Short Circuit, Earth Fault, Under Current, Over Load and Negative Sequence Single Phasing. 1 No Thermo couple of 30 to 90 degree range for transformer protection 1 No MPCB of suitable range for Motor Protection purpose 1 no. 6	Erection of pump sets: Formation of suitable block machine foundation in CC 1:2:4 conforming to the latest ISS 2974 / using all the required materials such as cement, sand, jelly etc. complete including necessary earth work excavation, refilling, curing etc. complete. Job includes Dismantling of Existing Pumpset, Fabrication of base plate assembly to suit motor pump allignment, Suction & Delivery side Pipe Lines including Valves and Specials, etc. Erection of the pump set mounted on the common base plate on the above foundation using the required materials such as foundation bolts, key locks, self inter locking bolts, washers etc. complete. Leveling, aligning of the pump sets on the foundation.
7	LAYING AND JOINTING OF MS PIPES & SPECIALS: For the suction delivery connections of the pump using suitable size bolts, nuts etc., complete including fixing of valves, gauge, delivery and suction manifold.
8	CABLE TERMINATIONS: Termination of cable using copper ring to the terminal end for solder less crimping to aluminum conductors by adopting crimping tool. 3.5 X50 sq mm 1.1 KV Class cable (Main side cable) 3 x 10 sq mm 1.1. KV Class cable (load side cable)
9	EARTHING: Providing the earthing as per latest IS 3043 and the work shall include, Supply and providing earthing electrodes comprising of GI pipe 40mm dia 2.9mm thick 2.5 mtrs long, the pipe shall have 16 through holes of 12mm dia staggered along the length of the pipe as per ISS suitable length 19mm dia. GI pipe provided with mesh covered funnel GI bolts, nuts, washers, check nuts, at one end and coupled to main electrodes through a 40mmx19mm GI conduit at the other end. Digging a 300mm dia earthing pits to suitable depths for burying the main electrodes in the pit. The pit shall be filled with alternate layers of salt and charcoal 150mm around the pipe to the entire depth. The electrical equipment shall be connected to the earth pit through 25x6mm size GI strip for equipment earthing.
10	SERVICING AND COMMISSIONING: The Pumpset along with all other electrical equipments shall be serviced and commissioned in the presence of the Engineer in charge of work. The work shall include the following: Servicing and heat running of the pumpset with allied equipments. Proper adjustment / carrying out settings for proper functioning of switchgear, relays and meters. Training Departmental / Operating Personnel.
