Fitting ofvalves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valves. <br>6, Supply and fixing of Reputed make suitable size and correct range Glycerine filled pressure gauge with Steel Ball type StopCock, steel syphon tube and all accessories suitable for the above pump set. <br>7, Panel board - Design,Engineering, Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of medium voltage sheet steel clad,totally enclosed Dust tight and vermin proof,indoor floor or Wall mounted cubical type common control panel board fabricated out of 16 SWG mild steel sheet,air insulated and of adequate size as mentionedbelow,for operation on 3 Phase 4 Wire 415 volts,50 HZ, AC supply system consisting of 1 No. suitable capacity and correct range MCCB as incomer and fitted with 3 Nos of indicator LED lamps, 1 No. volt meter with selector switch, 1 No. Ammeeter(Correct range) with selector switch and Controlling Circuit 2 AMPS C CLASS 1 POLE MCB s- 3 Nos etc. The switch board surface treated after de greasing, pickling, phosphating etc anti rust primer coating followed by two coats of spray paint of approved shade as standard construction practice approved by the kerala electrical inspectorate standard and as standard practice. The panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on wall or floor mounted (height-50 cm) with suitable Concrete foundation.<br>8, Cabling work. <br>Supply, laying, termination, and connecting of XLPE cable of Correct size and gauge, laid in cable tray suitable for motor as per the rules of Electrical PRICE EST NO:2022/17844 printed on 28-08-2022 22:32:28 page 2 Kerala Water Authority P R I C E inspectorate including taking power connection from Main panel board to Sub Panel, starter and from starter to motor,capacitor for the above pump set considering energy conservation as per IE standards.including termination materials such as gland, Socket, gland earth etc as per IE rules. <br>9, Supply of all materials and providing cable End termination of the XLPE cable of suitable size for giving power connections to Panel Board, Starter,motor,Capacitor etc compleate as per IE Standards.<br>10 - PIPE Earthing<br>Supply and providing ISI Pipe earthing as per IS 3043 with 3 meter long 50 mm dia C class Galvanised iron pipe, providing GI funnel with well mesh at the top. Fixing 50 x 5 mm GI flat and with 12x 10 mm bolt and nut at the top of the GI pipe. select an earth pit site atleast 1.5 metres away from the building foundation. Dig an earth pit of dimentions 1 m length x 1 m width x 3m deapth.place the GI pipe (50 mm dia C class having 3 m length and 12 mm dia holes) into the earth pit. filling around the GI pipe at a radious of 15 cm and to a height of about 15 cm with a homogeneous mixture of charcoal and salt upto a height of 3 meter from the bottom. fill up the surrouding extra area with soil. including watering and ramning , providing brick work masonary in 1:6 cement mortar at the top, Plastering the inside and top of the manhole with 12 mm thick 1:6 cement mortar. fixing cast iron gully trap with CI covering at the top. <br>Supply,laying and giving Earthing connections, terminations (Tin or Nickel Plated copper lugs) of correct size of Copper Strip/Wires for Required length and Size for Double Earthing to Main panel board, Sub Panel, starter, motor,capacitor And Connecting to Existing Earth Bus and pit . All joints in earthing counductors and earth bus shall be properly tinned or solderd etc as per IE standards. Earth conductor is covered with PVC pipe 10 kg/CM2 to earth pit.<br>11 - Capacitor<br>Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Ultra heavy duty APP 440 V,50 HZ Box capacitor With capacitor Duty Contactor, MCB/MCCB, fixing stand connecting copper cables, termination etc for the motor to get a power factor above 0.99 The capactior shall confirm to IS 2834/1986.<br>12 - Delivery Pipe connections. <br>Supplying,fabricating and erecting pumping header & Delivery pipe of required size with Y connection and necessary joints made out of GI (c class) /Primer and Emulsion coated MS pipe of thickness not less than 8 mm for a suitable length with required flanged joint and seating on supports as per site condition and as per the direction of departmental officers. Connecting valve with suitable flanges, nuts, bolts and IR sheet etc.complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect with pumping main and leaking water from pump gland to be collected to 40 mm PVC pipe(16 kg/cm2) and discharged out side of the pump house at suitable place as directed by the department officers. . <br>13 - Erecting the above motor pump set in suitable concrete foundation with M:30 mix NSBS of suitable and correct size (minimum height is 30cm) and reinforcement12 mm torsteel in mesh in all directions and fixing foundation bolt to suitable base of the pumpsets as directed by department officers. |
