    Auction Sale Of Total Qty=34 Nos, Description-Scrap And Unserviceable Masnory Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarters Block No Rts Colony:520 / 1-4, 522 / 1-4, 523 / 1-4, 526 / 1-4, 527 / 1-4, 531 / 1-4, 538 / 1-4, 563 / 1-4 & 555 / 1-2.Remarks:-1.Purchaser Will Not Demolish Water Supply Pipe Line And Electrical Post In The Form Of Pipe Of Rail And The Same Are Not Offerred For Auction.2.Auction Components Do Not Include Chain Link, Barbed Wire Fencing.Pvc Doors And Asbestos Celling The Same Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder 3.The Masonry Structures Should Be Dismantling / Demolished Completely And Removal Of The Released Materials By The Purchaser On His Own Arrangement And Take All Debris And Materials Etc. Which Has Come Out From Dismantling. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only Before Delivery. Explosive Should Not Be Used For Dismantling. Any Loss / Damage That May Arise ( If Any ) From Due To Theft, Accident, Flood Etc.
