1Disconnecting all connection and taking down faulty and defective distribution transformer from existing position (Pole/plinth) in Lucknow cantt area with suitable T&P and transporting & depositing to factory workshop/yard and back from factory workshop to in Lucknow cantt area complete including installation, comissioning and testing after repair in all respect as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :(i)Any damage during transportation/loading/unloading or at any stage occured contractor shall be responsible for that and damege shall be made good by the contactor at his own expenses.

3Transformer of capacity 315 to 500 KVA, 11 KV /433 Volt
4Opening the top cover of transformer and carying out the folowing work/repairs by spaecialist technician/engineer at factory work shop of the following capacity transformer :- (a) Removing of transformer oil from transformer into seperate container. (b) Taking out the core and coil of transformer. (c)Repair of radiator & replacement of defective plate of core as per existing size. (d) Cleaning the transformer inside properly by used transformer oil as per manufacturers guide line and painting with one coat zink painting as per manufacturers norms. (e) Re-tanking and assembling of core and coil. (f)Ovening in vapour phase drying oven at factory workshop for 72 hrs. (g)Filling of new transformer oil. (h)Replacment of gaskets ,hardware/consumables, replacement of silica gel breather, replacement of HV/LV spindles ,replacement of taping switch etc oftransformer. (i) Refixing of the transformer top cover with ,gasket, nuts, bolts and washers. Note:- (i)Transformer oil, Silica gel breather ,HV & LV Spindles & taping switch shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule as supply only and cost of gasket included in the quoted rate. (ii)Taking out of core and coilfrom transformer ,re-taking of core and coil assembly , filling of transformer oil and testing of transformer on full load shall be done in the prsenece of Engr-in-charge.

16Supply onlytransformer oil for topping up/filling in transformersas per IS 335/93 dielectric strength should be upto 60 KV breaking voltage complete all as specified and directed.
17Dehydration of old transformer oil of proper dielectric strength including centrifuging of oil to the required dielectric strength above 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap in all respect of the different capacities of the trasformer including filling of required capacity of new oil for topping of the transformer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : New transformer oil required for toping up shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.
18Material,labour and T&P for disconnecting the HT/LT connection of the transformer from pole/in side sub station/plinth and taking out the trnasformer from poles/plinth/inside the sub sation and shifting the same as directed place with the help of hydraulic/crane and making the connection of the HT & LT side as directed at any location in the cantt area incl testing complete as directed Note- Contractor will provide the crane & man power within one hour after recieving the whatsup/mobile phone/massage/email etc. If contractor fails to provide thecrane/man power within one hour, the amount @ Rs 800 per hour will be deducted from his dues.
19M&L for cutting the smalltrees, cleaning the sub station in side/out side and taking out out grass roots and spraying the chemical (Roundup)in sub station in the ration 1: 0.25 for buring the grass every three month as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
20M&L for making earthing in replacementhigh conductive, non corosive maintenance free, non fluctuation of ohmic value 80 mmX3000mm (inner strip-3000x50x6mm, connection terminal 100x50x6mm, therminal hole 16mm, Inner filling CCM lectrode pipe-B class) GI pipe in pipe filled with super conductive crysteline with earth plus 50 kg (2x25 Kg bag) containing mixture of graphite,activated carbon,sulphat,silica,alumina iron oxide,titanium oxide,sodium oxide,zing oxide,etc) back fill compound should be ROHS including heavy duty polymer Earth pit chember with cover GI strip 32x6 mm which desire complete all accesories for design modification to achieve the earth terminal rod resistance value below 1 ohm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 48Hiring of cable fault detector machine to detect exact position of faulty /pressure test for removing the moisture inXLPE /PVC HT cable, 11000 Volts grade heavy duty aluminium conductor of any size and any length including excavation , relaying ofprotection cable cover, & removing and earth filling etc complete as specified and directed.Note : If any defect occurred at any place of Lucknow cantt area, the contractor will provide machnic & fault locator with material with in one hoursfor rectification of defects. If the contractor not provide the machanie and material with schedule time, the amount will be deduct 1000/hrs after receiving phone/massage/ watsup /email etc complete as specified and directed.
49Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
50Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.
51Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
52Sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Local approved tibba dry sand after removal of vegetations; grass and other deleterious substances shall be used for sand cushioning.
53Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid dry in trenches for the protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed
54All as per srl item No 41 here-in-before but using old coble cover obtained under srl item No37 here in before.
55Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe80 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed
