After Delivery Of N No Of Anvil Block If It Is Found Delivery Of Next Cond.Anvil Block Beyond The Tolerance Quantity Then Delivery To Be Treated As Cmpleted Without Giving Any Delivery Another Anvil Block. Subsequuently If It Is Found Shortage After Delivery Though Another Cond. Anvil Block Is Available To Be Treated As Delivery Complited With Shortage Quantity And Money Will Be Refund To Purchaser As Per Rly Procedure. Before Bidding Bidders Are Requested To Inspect The Lot And Approch Road Etc.
