| 61 | Comprehensive maintanence charges (for a period of 03 years after defect liability period of 02 years from certified date of completion of Phase I) of energy managment system. They shall include the following items :- (a) Monthly SIM charges :- The contractor shall ensure supply of appropriate SIMs to ensure necessary single availability. The contractor shall change the SIM or SIM provider as required. In case of network issues, the contractor shall liaison with the telecom service providers for necessary resolution. (b) Recurring SMS charges:- The SMS shall be issued for the payments alerts, low balance alerts and disconnection / connection alerts. (c) Software AMC :- This shall include necessary upgradations in the software such as support to the chrome browser changes, android version changes, iOS version changes. These changes happen on frequent basis and the software shall support all the changes. (d) Changes in the government tariff structure. (m) Replacement of faulty harware components / electronic devices will cover under AMC. NOTE :- All the supplied products must be with 2 Years warranty period.
