| 11 | Maintaining log books and preventive maintenance records of all electrical systems and units such as for PMCC, DG sets, Fire Water Pump House, Air Compressor House, Switch Yard etc. |
| 12 | Stock monitoring of diesel, lubricating oils, coolants and other miscellaneous consumables used in DG sets/ Fire Engines. To also monitor transfer of diesels to individual tanks of fire engines/ DG sets and record keeping i/c HSD receipt through Mobile Bowser. |
| 13 | To provide assistance to plant personnel and Maintenance support personnel for maintenance of electrical equipments. To also assist various auditors/ officials visiting the plant, vendors/ service engineers visiting the plant to carry out AMCs and various different electrical tests such as earth pit test, relay calibration, cable insulation tests, Thermography, TO testing etc. |
| 14 | Daily checking and carrying out preventive / predictive maintenance of all safety and security items (few examples include - GMS/ILSD/ROVs/HLAs/ESD/MCPs/DFMD etc. Monitoring of Cathodic Protection System and its associated panels including assisting Service Engineers during visit. |
| 15 | Attending of any predictive/ preventive/ breakdown maintenance of electrical equipments on round the clock basis and replacement of parts. |
| 16 | Necessary O&M of all electrical accessories/ fittings/ equipments and lighting fixtures present in Licensed and Non-Licensed Area which includes CCTVs, FLP JBs, Fans, Exhausts, Bulbs/ Tubelights, Computer, Xerox, Printers, Plug Sockets, Air Conditioners etc. |
