Name of Work:Cleaning and sweeping in and around the quarters areas at Pykara camp, maintenance of sewer line man holes inside camp cleaning the drains disposing of debris, sullages, maintenance of drinking water supply arrangements and care taking and maintenance of Pykara Inspection Bungalow for the period of one year from the date of utilization and maintenance of approach road to dams, weir and Power House tail race, trash race pertaining to Glenmorgan Civil sub Division

1Sweeping around the sides of quarters over road, grass etc., including removing dry leaves, twigs weeds and parthenium and cleaning scrub jungle along the road sides as directed by Engineer in charge
2Cleaning of open drains / Raw water drains, house drains in camp (once in 15 days)
3Cleaning of silt traps with inspection chamber / man holes (4 operations)
4Cleaning of sewer line (whenever necessary)
5Attending Masonry/Carpentary/Plumbing repair works (as and when required either work two operation per month)
6Attending Masonry work
7Attending carpentary work
8Attending Plumbing work
9Maintenance of water supply arrangements each and every day in a year
10Watch and ward duty by day and night of inspection bungalow, including cost of labour, lead, lift, etc.,complete through out the year
11Cleaning of drinking water tank (once in 4 months)
12Cleaning of tail race/ trash rack in Kariappa flume, lonevalley Arm I & II weir & flume and Pykara Diversion weir & flume (once in 6 months)
13Cleaning of Pykara Dam and Mukurthy dam drainage gallery (once in 3 months)
