Replacement Of Rain Water Ci Pipes With Pvc And Diversion Of Rain Water Pipes Run Through Ceiling At Rcd Building Ecil, Hyderabad.- 1 1.1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 2 Dismantling of existing fixed MS glass/weld mesh/cement asbestos /other hand board partition including door, windows, fittings etc., by welding, cutting, disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 1 KM lead etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3 3.1 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar 4 5.1 Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 100 mm dia pipe 5 6 Dismantling / removal of roof mounted exhaust fan with MS sheet duct including stacking serviceable material at stores and disposal of unserviceable material within 1KM lead etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6 7.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3mm thick 33 28.1 Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade . Two or more coats on new work 34 29.1 Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work 35 30.1.1 Carriage of Materials - By Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking Lime, moorum, building rubbish up-to 1KM 36 30.1.2 Carriage of Materials - By Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking Cement, stone blocks, GI, CI, AC & CC pipes below 100mm dia and other heavy materials. 37 31 Dismantling of GI AC duct fixed to roof including cutting of support angles, GI clamps, nut&bolts, any other supports etc., complete and stacking the material within 1KM metres lead and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 38 32.1 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.
