In case of any mishappening / casualty happens to men/animal/cattle etc, no claim whatsoever in this respect will be admissible, the entire responsibility shall be of the contractor and no compensation will be entertained in this regard by the department. Insurance, compensation to persons etc shall be liability of the contractor. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (contd..) (ii) The contractor shall be responsible for making good the damages occurred due to negligence in workmanship during cleaning of chamber / tank.
