Design, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Duel Media Filter, for ETP Specification:- Vessel type – circular with disc end top & bottom, Filter media including inside painting with two coats of non toxic epoxiy and two coats of synthetic enamel paint outside. Complete with pipe and fittings with suitable valves etc. for the system. Filter media designed on 1.50 mtr./sec. velocity, flow rate- 25 cubic mtr/hr., Filtration rate- 16 cubic mtr. sq. mtr./hr., MOC-MSEP (Mild Steel Epoxy painted), Shell Thickness – 5.0 mm.& Disc thickness -6.0 mm(ii) Centrifugal pump two nos. (1W+1S by) for filtration system:- Capacity of pump-25 cubic mtr./hr, Head – 20 mtr., Motor-3HP three phase 2900 RPM TEFC, MOC-C.I. & S.S. (make Kirloskar) including all necessary accessories etc. (iii) Control Panel:- Earthing terminals shall be provided for 3 phase, 50 Hz supply system, cable, cable trays with earthing from panel to each motor/equipment with MCB for on/off/TRIP of motor (Complete in all respect make L&T and Height & Dia should be decided as per capacity (iv) Media in Multi Grade Filter – Multi Grade pebbles & Send media, Media -3800 kg (V) Media in Activated CarbonFilter – Multi Grade pebbles & Activated carbon of 600+ Iodine value, Carbon -1500 kg.
