1	Dismanting/taking out of old UNSV OCB from its original position (inside sub station building) and deposit the same by providing suitable transportation at MES Det Kherw complete all as directed. Note : The contractor visit the site before quoting his rate.
2	Dismanting and taking out unserviceable Insulators any type and any size, fixed in any position and removal from site, complete all as specified and as directed
3	All as per ser item No 2.00 here-in-before, but ACSR Conductor of any size and type.
4	All as per ser item No 2.00 here-in-before, but RCC pole, strut of any size.
5	Supply, installation, commissioning of HT Panel indoor type having following : (a) Incoming Cum outgoing vaccum circuit breaker of 11 KV,400 Amp, 25 KA for 3 Sec HT conf to IEC 62271-200 with following : (i) 400 Amps continuous rated electrolyte copper bus bar should be insulated with full system voltage sleeve of Raychem. (ii) Floor trunk mounted horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out vaccum circuit breaker as per IEC 62271-200 should have three No vacuum bottles. (iii) Motorized spring charging mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual charging. (iv) Cast resin current transformer 11 KV, 100-50/5-5A, core 1, class 1, 10 VA , core 2, 5P 10,10VA. (v) Core resin potential transformer 11 KV/V3/110 V/V3/110v/3, 50 VA, CL 1, CL 3P and HT fuse at primary side and 4 pole MCB at secondary side. (vi) Accessories like local remote switch and all other switches as per manufacture. (vii) Multifunction meter with RS 485 port model NO EM 6400. (viii) Master trip relay. 7	Supplying, laying ,jointing and testing in trenches, passingthrough ducts/pipes, fixing along poles, jointing and testing ; XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire or strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duity) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
8	Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shgrink type joint complete with jointing complete with jointing materia and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium, conductor cable 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
9	Supply and fixing cable jointing Kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with joint complete with jointing complete with jointing material and accessoriessuitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
10	Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and. exc 1.5 m deep for foundation of poles/stay/cables etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed
11	Returning, filling in , excavated soil including levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of thickness not exceeding 25 cm in hard and dence soil complete all as specified and directed.
12	Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing the soil where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
13	Material and labour for sand filling with clean dry sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
14	Supply and laying reinforced precast conrete cable cover, class HV , type-2, flat, size 450mm x 180mmx 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
15	Material and labour Pipe light grade 80mm dia for passing of U/G cable through road/hard standing/pole/wall/floor etc. Complete all as specified and directed.
16	Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, filled around with 15 cm thick alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt and connected with and including up to 7.5 RM to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimble and other ends of the earth strip connected to main panel and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore and watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:3:6 typeC-I in chambers, RCC 1:2:4 type B-I in pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15 cm centre to centre both ways including necessary excavatin & earth work as directed complete all as shown in electric plate NO-3 of MES Sch part 1 of 2009. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering complete all as per specified and directed.
