Clearing And Removing Of Grasses And Bushes From Cpcls 9 Mmtpa Cbr Refinery Premises And Iocl-Muttam Terminal Premises In Nagapattinam , Clearing Of Jungle: Clearing Jungle Including Uprooting The Area Of Grass, Rank Vegetation, Wild Growth, Brush Wood, Trees And Saplings Up To 30 Cm Girth Measured At A Height Of 1 M Above The Ground Level Along Road Side Berms / Drains, Under Pipelines / Structures, Tank Farms, Yards Etc. Clearing Jungle Shall Be Carried Out Either Manually With Necessary Tools & Tackles Or By Mechanical Means Using Excavator / Dozers Etc. ( As Per Site Condition & Advice Of Eic ) Including Removal Of Grass, Plants Etc. By Scraping Completely From Existing Ground. Scrapped / Removed Vegetations, Trees, Saplings Shall Be Bundled Into Heaps And Taken Outside Cpcl Premises. 1	CLEARING OF JUNGLE: Clearing jungle including uprooting the area of grass, rank vegetation, wild growth, brush wood, trees and saplings up to 30 cm girth measured at a height of 1 m above the ground level along road side berms / drains, under pipelines / structures, tank farms, yards etc. Clearing jungle shall be carried out either manually with necessary tools & tackles or by mechanical means using excavator /Dozers etc. (as per site condition & advice of EIC) including removal of grass, plants etc. by scraping completely from existing ground. Scrapped / removed vegetations, trees, saplings shall be bundled into heaps and taken outside CPCL premises. These cut vegetation shall be at disposal of contractor and contractor shall take these outside CPCL premises and may utilize these materials or dispose them in contractor"s dumping ground/municIpal dumping ground arranged by contractor with contractor"s own transport, all tools, tackles, labour,Statuatory clearance if any etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The quoted price shall be all inclusive.
2	GRASS BUSH CLEARING: Clearing the area of grasses, bushes, wild growth, scuba grasses, julie flora, elephant grasses and trees up to 300 mm girth (measured at 1 m height aboveground level) excluding uprooting; clearing up to ground level.Clearing areas shall be including along road side berms / drains, under pipelines / structures, tank farms, yards, around the buildings etc. manually/ by JCB/ or using petrol / diesel operated Brush CutterMachines (as per site condition & advice of EIC) and scraping cut grass, vegetation"s, trees completely from existing ground level. Scrapped / removed vegetation"s, trees, saplings shall be bundled into heaps and disposed outside CPCL premises or municipal dumping ground arranged by contractor with contractor"s own transport, all tools, tackles, labor, making necessary approaches to pits etc. all complete. The costshall be inclusive of all charges for dumping ground/ dumping in municipal ground premises,royalities,statutory etc. complete.

5	FELLING OF TREES: Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and taking outside refinery premisesfelled trees/trunks/root/leaves/twigs generated and disposal arranged by contractor at contractor"s dumping ground/municipal dumping ground. The materials taken outside refinery premises will be at contractors perusal. The quoted price shall include all cost for dumping including royalties,statuatory clearances if any, contractor"s own transport, all tools, tackles, labour etc. all complete.
6	Same as item 5 above, but for Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth
