Earth work excavation of foundation in ordinary soil within the initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5mincluding rough dressing and breaking the clouds to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the foundation & plinth with sand and well watered including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement concreteGrade M20 with 20mm down graded hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality free from skin materials mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper slope, level and compacting by vibrators in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth and finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering with cost, conveyance, hire and running charges of all machineries, royalty and other taxes of all T & P materials labouretc complete andas directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification including all cost, conveyance of all materials etc. complete & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for concrete workand dismantling after casting with cost, conveyance and taxes of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work for concrete with F1 finishing using steel shutter plates of aproved specification for surfaces not porminently or permanently exposed to public view including supply of all materials. T & P labour and transportation of all materials ect. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the foundation & plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm. thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick or stone masonry work with all cost, carriage, Royalty, T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
