4Two coat painting or varnishing in small area old wood work & iron work including sand papering, rubbing cleaning for all materialrequired for proper completion of the work
5Finishing wall with water proof external paint (Apex/watercoat/dulux or similar) of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an even shadeincluding supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
