6Supply & fixing aluminium anodised frame, made out of aluminium sectionpowder coated(minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) for window, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fasteners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The weight of each section shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site.
7Supply & fixing anodised aluminium window shutter (glazed or gauzed), side hung type without sash bars, made out of aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings (each shutter) such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos) suitable handle (1 No.), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Aluminium chowkhat/ frame, Glass, wiremesh and grill where required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
8Supply & fixing aluminium Powder coated grill weight not less than 1.50 kg/sqm in windows, ventilators including fixing material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9Supply & fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frame of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with two resistant grade unsaturated polyester plain and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
10Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.
11Supply & fixing Factory made prefabricated Pressed steel Door frame made out of mild steel 1.25mm thick girth of frame 185mm including necessary MS rawl plug/bolts and fixing 75mm long butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel etc and shutter including stiffeners made out of mild steel sheet 1.25mm thick cut to size, holes punched and welded seams including bending or turning up all around, mitred angle etc as required with Locking arrangement using mild steel mortise lock 4 levers with 2 Nos of keys of size 100mm (Make Godrej/Harison/Navtal) including MS chromium plated handle and 2 Nos MS locking rods out of 8 mm dia not exc 1000mm long fixed to mortise lock and handle with necessary bolts and nuts covered by MS sheet 1.25 mm thick complete including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a shop coat of zinc chromate primer on interior surface (not -visible from front) and hammer tone paint on exterior surface ( visible from front) as per Godrej Pattern including taking out old shutter with frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
12Material and labour for providing kitchen cabinet and cubboard in required sizes at site made out of 18mm thick PVC sheet (prelam) having one side decorative laminated sheet (for shutter, back side of cabinet, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves etc). All the edges of shutter and front exposed edge of partition/shelves shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape as per manufacturer. Including all required fixing material such as SS brackets, screws, adhesive etc., including taking out old any type cabinet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The area of each sheet (shutter, back side of cabinet, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves)shall be measured in sqm for payment. (ii)Magnetic catcher, handle/knob, continuous Piano hinges and PVC frame (where required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. (iii) Any other material required for making/fixing/hanging of cabinet shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

190Material and labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cablecomplete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)
191Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 2 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable protection cover, laid dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete allas specified and as directed.
192Supply and fixing in replacement GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm bore, ISI marked, fixed along poles/walls or laid in trenches, under road for cable protection including fittings (elbow, tee, socket etc) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)
193Material and labour for cutting of road/floor etc any type upto 45cm width and depth for laying of cable/pipe, after laying of cable/pipe returning filling with soil including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers upto 30cm and top layer 15cm thick filling by using PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate to match the existing level of road/floor complete all as specified and as directed.
194Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by using trenchless boring machine or by manual manpower suitable for inserting GI pipe any dia upto 50mm including removal of surplus soil and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Pipe for inserting as required shall be measured and paid for separately.
195Material and labour for extra wiring for inverter socket out going to DB with 1.5 Sqmm single core, FRLSH PVC (using colour coding as directed) insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through existing conduit (conduit for point wiring already catered in point wiring item of BOQ) including making connection to DB and inverter socket) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
196Supply and fixing plug top 5/6Amp 3 pin good quality suitable for 240 volts, AC supply for inverter socket complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
197Supply and fixing socket outlet flush type (ISI marked), 25Amps (for inverter point),fixed on laminated sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Laminated sheet shall be measured and paid in point wiring item of BOQ).
