Repairing the potholes/defect area up-to a depth of 50mm using an Infrared Pothole/road repair machine by heating the defect area using infrared heating machine/heater to soften the defect area up-to required thickness, recycling the existing asphalt by rejuvenating the softened material with rapid setting emulsion RS-1 @1.8 Ltr per SQM of area and adding fresh bituminous mix of the same grade to cover the pothole, heating the whole mix up to a suitable temperature, Scarifying/spreading the mix to the road surface evenly and compacting vibratory plate compactor having 1.5 Ton compaction capacity for a seamless finish with the existing road level surface complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
