Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(50mm average thickness)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re- plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. completeSoluble Salt Stainfree vitrified tilesSize of tile 60x60 cm

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (minimum 200 x 300) conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing tactiles of standardized designs conforming to RNIB (The Royal National Institute for the Blind, UK), DETR (Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions, UK) & ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act, USA) of size 300 x 300 mm in floors, (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) specially designed to assist the visually impaired - “foot braille”, with water absorption less than 0.5%, of approved brand & manufacturer, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately)
