The communication shall be based on GSM and remote operation communication, system status communication should be made available for at least 2 users and to HMI dashboard. The system may communicate the status including the number of pumps in operation under an office, running hours, idling time, error logs etc. The new system should go in hand with the future integration with PLC/SCADA and should follow standard universal protocol in communication between systems, so that the pump shall be configurable in the PLC/SCADA and operation updates shall be visible in the HMI of the SCADA System. There should be sufficient provision in the PLC for taking inputs from flow meters, pressure sensors, vibration sensor, temperature sensor, provision for controlling of valve via actuator to facilitate full automation at later stage. 30% spare capacity for each panel for future expansion shall to be provide in PLC .Communication can be with GSM or any other suitable modes.
