Certain Repair / Maintenance Of Wooden / Steel Furniture Items, Polishing And Other Works At Ge ( Af ) Udhampur--- Almirah Large Steel (Drawing No FD 351/1031)Removal of dent and bends etc all over the Almirah large steel including shelves by manually/mechanically and including preparation old decorated,surfaces for painting as specified andas directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Provision of Gas Welding in repair to strengthen including repair/replacement of weak and damaged portion of Almirah steel large where required made to shape and size as specified in drg and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Replacement of existing broken pair of foot rests of Almirah large steel with new made ofPBI sheets 1.25mm thick,made to shape & size for each almirah as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Proper fitting of existing shelves of Almirah large steel with new MS nuts, clips/rivets etc of standard size for each alimirah, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Replacement of existingunserviceable shelves of Almirah large steelmade out of PBI Sheets 1 mm thick made to shape and sizeas per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Making good the hinges by welding /screwing /replacing the brocken screws inside the door shutters hinges and adjusting the same as required and making smooth functioning of shutter for each Almirah large steel and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 Taking out old unserviceable existing lock from Almirah large steel and providing new MS locks having 6 brass lever with two keys of best quality as approved by GE and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for each almirah. Make : Harrsion/Link locks . 8 Replacement of existing old unserviceable/broken handles with new MSCP handle of superior quality with nuts and washer to each Almirah large steel all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Taking out existing old unserviceable/broken locking device with cover for each Almirah large steel, made to shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . 10 Almirah Medium Steel. (a) Removing of old paint by paint remover/scrapper/blow lamp etc including cleaning dirt & rust and preparation of old decorated surface by filling up putty etc where required and its smoothening for painting to Almirah large steel and applying two coats of synthetic enammelled OG paint over a coat of primer by using spray machine both internally and externally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Almirah Medium steel (Drg No FD-350 and FD-1032). (b)Description all as per item 4 (a) above but for Almirah Medium steel. 22 Charpoy IP Hard Top of plywood FD/MAP-II/01). Removing of old paint by paint remover/scrapper/blow lamp etc including cleaning dirt & rust and preparation of old decorated surface by filling up putty etc where required and its smoothening for painting to charpoy IP MAP and applying two coats of synthetic enammelled black paint over a coat of primer by using spray machine both internally and externally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 23 Teapoy Verandah (Drg as applicable). Replacement of existing unserviceable top of Teapoy verandah with new top made out of 18/19mm thick both side prelaminated particle board with edging 4mm thick of teak wood beading all round the top and including replacement of broken support of flat iron strips with new strips made ot of flat iron of size 25x3mm of required length and removing of old paint by paint remover/scrapper/blow lamp etc including cleaning dirt & rust and preparation of old decorated surface by filling up putty etc where required and its smoothening for painting and applying two coats of syntetic enamelled white paint over a coat of primer by using spray machine and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Chair verandah (Drg No FD-256). (a) Provn of Gas welding to the broken joints/parts upto 4-6 joints including provision of MS conduit pipe 19mm dia (upto the length of approx 2 feet long) where required to complete the parts of frame of chair verandah including its smoothening for repainting/recanning all as per drg and as directed. 25 Recanning of chair verandah with new cane plastic 4mm wide half round type having high density of Make: Shah/Premier (as approved by GE) after removal of existing old unserviceable cane plastic and including provision of one coat of synthetic enamel white paint to the existing frame of each chair verandah, recanning to be done closely all as per the pattern shown on drawing and providing PVC hard rubber shoes of required size to each leg of chair verandah and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 26 Recanning of all type of wooden chairs such as chair dining, chair writing , chair easy (Drawing as applicable) etc with new plastic cane half round type 2mm to 2.5mm wide having high density of Make : Shah/Premier as approved by GE after removal of existing old unserviceable cane plastic, recanning to be done in Godrej pattern after removal of existing old unserviceable cane plastic and border of chair shall be of 3mm wide cane plastic (as approved), rest all as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Chair Dining JCO/OR Drawing No FD/MAP-II/05). Replacement of old unserviceable PVC seat 4mm thick from chair dining JCO/OR and supply & Fixing of new PVC seat of 4mm thick with holes & screwed with frame any 4x10mm thick ribs moulded along with seat in single piece, all as directed. 28 Sofa set to sit 4 person. (Drawing No FD-281,1113). Replacement of old unserviceable seat & back to sofa set to sit 4 persons (Four small pieces of single seat) with new seat made of new foam cushion of sizes 21x22x100mm/530mmx560mmx100mm thick, 32 density, of Make : Sleepwell/Kurlon/Coir foam/Coolfoam/Godrej as approved by the GE duly covered with tapestry/velvet cloth of best quality of costing not less than Rs. 400/- per mtr of any colour as approved by the GE, rest all as per drawing and as directed. 29 Table office clk steel, FD-1004. (a) Description all as per Item at Ser No 3(a) abovebut for Table office clerk steel and providing spray painting with OG paint with sprayer to complete table including both inner and outer side of cup board of table. 30 Replacement of existing old unserviceable broken base of cup board of Table office clerk steel with PBI sheet of 1.00 mm thick,made to shape and size all as specified in drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 31 Description all as per item at Ser No 12.01 here-in-before but for Table office clerk steel. 32 Taking out existing old broken/unserviceable table top and supply and fixing with new table top of table office clerk steel made of 18/19mm thick both side prelaminated particle board (conforming to IS specifications) exterior grade (teak shade in upper side and white shade in lower side) including 4mm thick teak wood beading all round the top duly polished with French polish and providing PVC hard rubber shoes of required size to each legs of table complete, all made to shape and size all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 33 Table Dining ORs.Taking out existing old broken/unserviceabletable top and supply and fixing new table top to Table dining ORs,made of 18/19 mm thick block board interior grade duly covered with 0.80 mm thick aluminium sheet and fixed all as per drg including providing hard rubber/PVC shoes of required size to each legs of table all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 34 Rack Shoe steel MAP (FD/E6/MAP/02 (R ).
