B ) Sub Head :-Day To Day Cleaning, And Annual Maintenance Of 1 No. Toilet At Site - Day To Day Cleaning Maintenance, Operation And Watch & Ward Of Toilet Blocks Situated In The Dda Park Including Cleaning Of Wall And Floor Tiles, All Sanitary Fitting And Fixtures I.E. European & Indian Type W.C., Wash Basin, Urinal Bowls, Floor Traps, House Manhole, Chambers, Gully Traps, Gratings, Waste Pipes, Doors And Windows Panel And Glass Panes Etc. All Complete Including Cleaning & Sweeping, Washing, Mopping And Dis-Infecting Of Floors & Sanitary Fittings.The Cost Of Wipers, Brooms, Belcha, Kolchi, Kharpachies, Soap And Dusters, Detergents, Phenyl, Harpic & Toilet Cleaner, Mug & Bucket And Air Freshener Etc. All-Inclusive Whichever Is Required As Per Approved List With Officer-In-Charge. ( One Environment Assistant Will Be Deployed In Each Shift I.E. 1St Shift 6:00 Am To 2:00 Pm And 2Nd Shift 2:00 Pm To 10:00 Pm ( B ) Cleaning Of Septic Tank As & When Need Arises By Mechanical Means As Per Direction Of Officer In Charge. ( C ) Repair Of Maintenance Of Civil Components Such As Sanitary Fitting And Fixtures, Cement Plaster, Flooring, Painting, Information Board, Doors, Windows And Glass Panes, Pvc Water Tank Of 500 Litre Whenever Required Etc. ( D ) Repair Of Maintenance Of Electrical Fitting And Fixtures I / C Wiring, Witches, Lights And Exhaust Fans Etc. ( E ) Supplying And Filling Water In The Loft Tanks.
