1Repair to 15000 GPH x 250 metre head pump set installed at pumping station Baryal by way of disconnecting electrical connections, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening pump from base frame suction and delivery and shifting the same to workshop . Dismantling of pump, extraction of damaged shaft, impellers, bearings and diffuser etc. and repairing by way of providing, fabrication and fitting of main shaft (turned and finished), impellers-4nos., diffusers 05 nos., impeller bushes 05 nos., new protection sleeves 2nos., neck ring-03no., gland plates-2no., new bearings 7309-2nos. at DE side and new SS bush-01no., new coupling pulley as per old sample/s conforming to same size and specifications. Repair to suction and delivery by drilling and tapping.Assembling the unit and shifting back to site of installation, fitment on base frame, coupling of pump with the motor after making proper leveling, alignment and testing there-of.Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage charges ,hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
