Gear Box And Motor By Replacement Of Bearing, Oil Seal, Oil, Nut Bolts And Packing Kit. Repairing Of Worm Shaft By Rementaling And Complete Machining To Make The Bearing Seat. This Includes Dismantling And Fixing Charges. 6 Providing Of Nut-Bolts As Per Site Requirement. 7 Repairing Of Walkway Of Pst By Replacement Of Damaged Ms Chequered Sheets And Support At Lower Side Includes The Cost Of Cutting / Removing Of Old Damaged Sheets With Supports I / C Fixing Ofnew Same As Per Site Requirement. 8 Replacement Of M.S. Scrapper Made From Ms Of 6 Mm Thick In L Shape From Ms Plate Of Size 250 Mm Width X 3 Mtr Long With Rubber Squeezes Of Size 100 Mm X 3 Meter X 3 Mm Thick Fixing By M.S Flat Between The Bolt And Fixing At Bridge. The Job Includes Dismantling Of Old Damaged M.S. Scrappers By Cutting With Gas Cutter & Taking Out From Clarifier With The Help Of Rope By Manual Labour. 9 Strengthening / Repairing Of Arm By Cutting Of Old Damaged M.S. Angle And Re-Fixing Of New M.S. Angles In Required Length Making Proper Balancing Of Arm With Bridge By Welding Etc As Per Required By Job. 10 Strengthening / Repairing Of Scum Arm And M.S. Drum By Cutting Of Damaged Portion And Providing / Fixing Of New Same By Required Ms Channel, Sheet And Angle With Proper Fitting. Replacement Of New Scum Scraper Re-Fixing Of New Same Required Length With Proper Balancing The Job Includes Cutting, Welding, Grinding And Finishing Of Edges As Per Site Requirement. 11 Strengthening / Repairing Of M.S. Center Structure By Providing / Fixing Of M.S. Angles For Fixing In Horizontal And Vertical Position And Tightly Fixing With Nut-Bolts And Welding After Cutting And Removing Of Old Damage Portion M.S. Angle By Gas Cutter To Make The Strengthening Of Structure In Proper Level With Alignment Position As Per Site Requirement. 12 Providing & Fixing Of New Full Threaded Stud Of Tie Rod As Per Sample. 13 Painting And Primer Charges Of Complete Work. 14 Testing & Commissioning Of Complete Trail Run Of Pst On Full Load. 15 Transportation, Loading & Unloading Charges Of Material At Site.
