1Final SurveyCarrying out block contour survey of the commanded area covering stream, dong, channel, road etc. and the whole area considering square block system and spot system and spot levels are to be within 30 M x 30 M for preparation of contour including clearing light jungles, chaining, pegging holding staff, umbrella and compass lining etc. where required, complete as directed.
2Supplyingsal wooden peg of different sizes including pointing one end etc. complete as directed
3Supplying sal wooden hammer of of size 15 cm x 10 cm with 45 cm long & 5 cm wooden handle etc. complete as directed.
4Boring and Installation of Tube WellBoring of DTW ofbore hole up to 350 mm dia and up to a depth of 45 M or up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required Tools & Plants, materials & Labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas (means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS: 2800 (part-I)of 1991. ( Soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring. The job also include movement of Rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000 M.)
5Supply & Lowering of Pipes:-Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 150 mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1992 of length 3.00 M/2.00 M of repute brand like Supreme / Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed.
6Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 150 mm PVC Ribbed Screen Filter pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of sockets, reducer etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1992 of length 3.00 M/2.00 M of repute brand like Supreme / Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed.( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)

8Shrouding of TW :- Shrouding of the Tube well assembly bypacking of river Pea Gravel of size 4mm to 8 mm free from sand, dust and any other foreign materials after staking at site including screening, washing etc as per IS 4097/2008 along with transportation, labour etc. complete as directed and (Packing to done after lowering tube well assembly and also during development as reqd) As per Annexure II
9Developing of TW :- Developing the Tube well assembly by air compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/sqcm so as to get sand free discharge including trial pumpingand providingfollowing data as directed.1. Static water level 2. available average discharge3. Drawdown at different discharge (arrangement of Pump for trial pumping is in the scope of the work)
10MS Clamp Pump Support:- Supplying, fitting, fixingof 150 mm dia MS clamp of size 15 mm thick and 150 mm width having projection of 300 mm and three holes of 20 mm dia for clamping the plates by 16 mm dia hexagonal bolts of length 75 mm and nuts on both sides encircling the column pipe including two coatof enamel paint over one primary coatof different dia all complete as directed and specified.
11Supply & Installation of Solar Pumping System :(a) Solar Submersible Standalone Pump set with 3 HP AC Induction motor and Solar Power Controller Unit ( Conform IEC 6168311:1999) with overload, over-under voltage, short circuit protection, suitable for 150 mm bore well and discharge capacity approx 400 LPMat10 M head (Dynamic Head Range 10-30 Mtr and Shut off head 35 M) working at 3000 Wattpof solar power along with Cables, Inverter external box, surge suppressor, DC MCB & all necessary accessories like, 2(two) pairs of Assembly support clamps, 10(ten) nos. of Cable clamp / clip, 1 (one) no. of Delivery bend, 20(twenty) mtr. column pipe, 1(one) no. of Short pipe of 1.5 Mtr. length of required diameter, 40(forty) mtr.(approx.) Flat flexible cable (motor to controller) as per latest MNRE norms and as per IS.(b) Supply, fitting-fixing and testing & commissioningof Solar PV modules conforming to IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame of 3000 Wp (approx.) considering 7.15 kWh/ M2/ Day of solar insolation under standard test condition on horizontal surface with tolerance (+/-) 15% and hot dipped galvanized(minm 80 micron thickness) mounting mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes of dia 150 mm (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr including RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load), Controller conform to IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2, IEC 60068 – 2- (2, 14, 30, 78) ( The series and parallel combination of Solar Modules to be done in such a way that Jalverter/ Controller input voltage requirement is met i.e. System Vmp > 587 V &System Voc < 800 V) and necessary connection cables, pipes to the water trough and other accessories, etc. complete in all respect as directed(Controller to be installed with suitable arrangement on the body of the pole of mounting structure with rain proof provision. SPV panel should be of reputed make like TATA/Bikram/ Waaree etc. and carry at least 20 years warrenty & comprehensive maintenance for 1 year and should installed preferably above HFL)(c) Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.(d) Lightning protection (Arrestor)(pole mounted)(: Lightning protection with 3\" X 1.5\" G.I pipe of 4 mts height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc including supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for horizontal run on the /Roof with GI Saddles 1100 mm apartNB :- 1.Solar Pump set should be of reputed make andcarry 5 years warranty/ guarantee2.Flow Range : 90 L per Wp of PV array from TDH of 10 M3.Controller DC Input Voltage: (i) System Vmp > 587 V & (ii) System Voc < 800 V4.Controller Conforming to : IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2,IEC 60068–2-(2,14,30,78)(Rate As per MNRE Circular No. 32/24/2020-SPV Division, dt-26/10/2021 including cost of remote monitoring & USPC) This benchmark cost are for the systems installed as per MNRE specifications inclusive of the totalcost of system and its installation, commissioning, transportation, insurance, warranty/guarantee, monitoring & maintenance for five years.. 12LT Electrical Power Connection with Transportation Cost of Materials:-(i) Supply and erection of 7.5 metre long PSC pole of standard dimension for 230 Volt overhead line including digging of Earth pit (0.75 m ´ 0.5 m) having a depth of 1/5th of the pole length with PCC Base Plate of size 60 cm ´ 60 cm ´ 12 cm at the bottom, refillingwith boulder packing (size 150mm to 200 mm), refilling the voids with soil and hard ramming as directed.
