Providing a vision to create a theme/ tag line, and a logo for positioning the event “Haldia Fair 2023” and ideation and creation of the identity. 2. Designing and production of creatives for print media, television, radio, social network, outdoor, internet and other media, ideation and concept for FM radio / Cable TV advertisements during the contract period on themes/subjects, development of audio visuals design for the theme including a short promotional film for the event, to be decided in due consultation, guidance and supervision of the Authority. 3. Designing and production of flexes, banners, flexes for gates (L Type Gate, over head Gate, Backdrops and for different pavilions like Police, Administration, Health etc. as per enclosed layout drawing), hoardings, leaflet, press advertisements including news paper, magazine, souvenir and guidebook for the event. 4. Designing and production and branding of collaterals such as badges, ID cards, Coupons, View Cutters, different certificates, Parking tickets, Car pass etc. for the event and for various activities under the purview of the event like gates, food & food stalls, cultural shows, press meet, seminars etc. Designing of business stationery for the event which includes brochure template, letterhead, invitation cards for the event and for opening and closing ceremony, envelopes, press kits, folders etc as may be required by the Authority. 5. Designing of Rate Card Brochure to market the event. 6. Designing B2B & G2B communication: e- mailers, announcements, invites, seminar branding etc. preparing Power Point Presentation, designing website templates, Signage 7. The designed creative shall be adapted in 2 languages — Bengali, English etc. 8. The creative agency has to station at least one designer at HDA office and Mela office during the entire contract period.
