15Taking down old APFC panel and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of175 kVAr new APFC panel totally enclosed, fabricated from CRCA sheet, fixed feeder type, dust and vermin proof, free standing , floor mounting type . The enclosure shall be pre treated as per 9 tank process and finished with powder coating of shade RAL 7032. The panel shall be factory OEM or authorised TTA franchies.The panel should be as per IEC 61439 & IEC 61921, rated system voltage 440 volt, short circuit rating more than 35 KA, altitude 1000 m, ambient temperature -5 degree C to 45 degree C, power supply 3 phase 4 line , relay current input signal 5A from CT online. The load bearing structure is made of 2 mm sheet steel and the front door and partition are made of1.6 mm thickness IP 42. The capacitor element used in unit shall be metallized polypropylene film having low loss dielectric impregnated with such impregnant, which shall have high dielectric constant , low viscosity and high chemical stability. The operating temp of capacitor shall be 65 degree centigrade. The capacitor shall have maximum operating loss of 0.45 W/ KVAR. The capacitors shal have miximum 250 % overload current carrying capacity or rated current. The maximum inrush current carrying capacity of capacitor bank shall be 350 times of capacitors bank rated current. The maximum switching life of capacitor banks shall be 1500 switching/ years complete with internal wiring of panel with coding system all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge and comprising of following accessories:-
