Contractor and his team will inspect all the lifts every day to ensure satisfactory functioning of all the components of lifts-VFD, Control Panels, Rope, Pulley, doors etc., including Machine Overhauling (Cleaning, Gear box checking, Washing with diesel, refilling of new machine oil of requisite viscosity, adjusting the thrust bearing & bush with packing, complete with re-erection, including the cost of hardware and labour) and Overhauling OSG (by cleaning, repairing, greasing, oiling as per manufacturer’s specification and direction.) complete including all the sundry items and spares, hardware, grease, oil, tape, cable contactors, tools & tackles etc shall be in the scope of contractor). |

| 11 | QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL Carrying out the Periodic Test (2 times in a year) for all 11 lifts i.e. in 1st and 7th month (So, 11 Lifts x 2 Times = 22 Nos) of AMC period to ensure the safe use of lifts for brake slippage at full load dead weight, overload indication, alarm and trip system, strain gauges & overload limiting feature etc.at full load dead weight.The test shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge to his full satisfaction, and will include labour charges.This Item is indicative, payment shall be made only after verifying the completed works by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Arranging Certified dead load/weight upto 3000 kg for testing of Goods lift (2 times in a year) So, 3 Goods Lifts x 2 Times = 6 Nos) including cost of loading, un-loading, transporting and taking out after completion of test all as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Test will include labour charges.The test shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge to his full satisfaction, and will include labour charges.
