Blood BankThe job includes cleaning of pre filters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes p/f of V-belts, greasing to ball bearings of all the motors of AHU and checking/repair to blower alignments

The job also includes cleaning of pre filters, cleaning of cooling coil of FCU’s installed at Ward no. 3 of GMC&H, Jammu. This job includes cost of material, taxes and labour charges.

Repairs to 20 HP Centrifugal mono block pumps installed at main HVAC plant room of GMC&H, Jammu by way of dismantling the mono bloc pumps after disconnecting its electrical supply & holding the butterfly valves, shifting of same to the workshop. Detaching of motor assembly from the pump then complete rewinding of the motor with proper copper conductor,repairs to the shaft by depositing the material on the shaft by welding then turning & grinding on the lathe machine in order to make itto the required size. The job includes P/F of seals & bearing – 2 no’s eachin place of damaged ones , re-assembling of the pump & motor. Shifting of the same back to site , fitting into the slot , making of electrical connections. Testing of pump on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to and fro carriage ,taxes etc. Complete Job
