    Supply Of 360 Vdc Battery Bank Capacity 240 Ah , 360 Vdc Battery Bank Capacity 240Ah Capable Of Providing Backup For Above 2 Hrs. Battery Bank Shall Comprise Of 328Nos (Ni-Cd) Cells.Each Cell Voltage 1.2V. Conforming To Standard Of Is 16046 (Part 1) 2018, Iso 9001 (Quality Assurance) & Iso 14001 (Environmental Management). Supplied Batteries Shall Be Complete With Inter Cell, Inter Row & Interbank Connectors And End Connectors At The Main Positive & Negative Terminals. Inter Cell Connectors Shall Be Fully Insulated Robust (Nickel Plated) And Of Adequate Size To Minimize Voltage Drop. Container Of Battery Cells Shall Be Made Of High Strength Impact Resistant & Alkali Resistanttransparent Conforming Tois 9001:2015 .Terminals Shall Be Such That It Can Be Fastened Using Bolts. Battery Electrolyte (Potassium Hydroxide Conforming To Is 60993 With Distilled Water) Sufficient For First Time Filling The Battery Bank (Sp. Gravity At 27°C Must Be 1.240 0.005) With 5% Extra. Suitable Batteries Stand (Sal Wood/ Dry Shakhu/ M.S) For The Above Battery Bank Duly Powder Coated/Painted With Alkali Resistant Paint. Requisite Accessories Including Suitable Set Of Spanners, 01 No. Digital Multi Meter (Clamp Type Suitable For Dc Current Measurements), Porcelain Insulator For Cells, Porcelain Insulators For Stand, Cell Number Plates & Fixing Pins, Adequate Nuts & Bolts With Lock Washers, Petroleum Jelly For Terminals, Hand Gloves Etc. , Installation, Testing & Commissioning Of The Battery Bank At Site Along With Maintenance Manual. , 3 Nos.)
