Bidder to furnish itemised list& Breakupof such mandatory & Commissioning Spares and Special Tools and Tackles, as applicable, included in the supply price for main equipment in the format A4-I.

Quoted price shall be inclusive of prices for raw materials sourced outside India and to be incorporated in the finished product sourced from India - Bidder shall furnish the break-up of built-in CIF value against each quoted item, giving details of description of goods, qty. rate of custom duty etc. in attached Sheet \"A1-CIF\".

Bidder to list along with quotation for Two Years Operation and Maintenance Spares, as per Vendor recommendation. Separate list shall be provided by the Bidder in the format A2-I enclosed herewith with itemized cost and Ordering of these spares may be done by the Purchaser separately on a later date and not along with main equipment.The price of Two Years Operation and Maintenance Spares shall not be considered for commercial (price) evaluation of the bid.

Prices for site work shall be quoted in accordance with the \"Terms & Conditions for site work\" enclosed with the RFQ Document.

Please quote for the Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) as per scope defined in Material Requisition for a period of 2 years. Please furnish the year wise Break-up as per the Price Schedule(BOQ). The bidder has to submit the CAMC price based on the terms & conditions attached as Annexure to Price Schedule Format and this annexure to be submitted with their unpriced offer duly signed & stamped as token of their acceptance.

In case of any discrepancy in the Item Description/Tag No./ Qty. specified in this Price Schedule vis-à-vis the corresponding details in MR, the Item Description/Tag No./ Qty. specified in MR shall prevail.

The quoted prices shall be inclusive of all inspection and testing requirements as specified in the enclosed MR.

As stated elsewhere in tender, bidder is required to quote all components of Price schedule. In case, it is found that some of components of Price Schedule viz. Freight, Ocean/Air Freight Charges, Incidental Services Component, etc. are left blank or quoted “Nil / Zero” in Price Bid, the same shall be considered inclusive in total quoted price for evaluation and ordering. No confirmation from the bidder shall be sought in this regard.

Bidders must submit this preamble with their bid with both unpriced & priced offer. and are mandatorily required to enter their name on the each page of excel file / pdf file of Price Schedule provided in the NIC portal for submission of Unpriced & price bid.
