| 1 | Providingand applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Repairs of cracks by providing and applying ready to use fiber glass reinforced crack filling compound for both interior and exterior surfaces (compatible to ensure crack bridging ability for plaster cracks of up to 3 mm) to be applied as follows: 1. CLEANING Open the cracks and widen the cracks to form a ‘V’ shaped groove to provide a strong base for adhesion of Crack filling compound to the substrate. Clean the area thoroughly to free it from dust and loose particles. It is recommended to use a cutter for opening the cracks. 2. PRIMING Post cleaning apply Primer in the opened cracks. Use interior/exterior primer as per the crack surface, as applicable (as per manufactureres specification for use). Keep drying for atleast 6 hrs before applying further coarse. 3. CRACK FILLING Apply Crack filling compound at least 3 cm on either side of the crackin two coats perpendiculer to each other. Keep drying time for 4-6 hrs before applying 2nd coat. |
