S.I TC of Indoor type cubicle panel floor mounted made of 16 SWG CRCA sheet andpaintedwith enamalled paint of approved shade suitable for use on440 volts ,3 phase 50 HZ system AC supply. The panel should be flush front ,compartmentalized to allow cable entry from bottom ,dust and vermin proof construction complete with interconnection of proper size of PVC insulated copper wires & suitable size of plugs e.t.c including transportation .The panel should comprise of the followingIncoming 100 A 3 phase TP MCCB of make L&T /Schindler/Seimens -2 nos, indicating lamps setR Y B & control fuses of make L&T /schnieder/Seimens -2 setsOutgoing 100 A 4 strip aluminium bus bar -2 sets of 20 kgs each, 3 phase digital ammeter & 3 phase digital voltmeter of make L&T /schnieder/Seimens -1 nos each , 40 A TP MCB of make L&T /schnieder/Seimens-2 Nos, S.I.T.C of 10HP starter of L&T/schnieder/seimens make -2 nos, 20 A connectorsof make L&T /schnieder/Seimens- 40 nos,16 A SP MCB-4 Nos ,32 A TP MCB-2 Nos, 5 KVAR capacitorsof make L&T /schnieder/Seimens -1 nos, 3 Phase CT operated metering compartment sealable type -3 Nos

Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI mark, of approved brands including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI/RCC coverhaving locking /Lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation ofpit of sizenot less than 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI pipe, 40mm diameter as per specifications. c)Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size not less than 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. e)Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be \"attached to the pipe . g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately).
