Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Fabrication and supply of hydraulic steel structure/ gate of required size of bewel gear type including requisite gate frames, head stock, hand wheel spindle, foundation bolts, fastners, seating faces, wedge lining, railling system, lifting shaft not less than 75mm diameter and painting with one primer coat and three coats ofanticorrosive paint etc. complete in all respect.
