| 2 | REMEDIATION & DISPOSAL WORK (Excluding applicable GST)The complete Remediation work shall comprise of excavation and screening of the mixed old garbage using suitable Multi Deck Mobile Vibratory Screen/Trommel screen. The screen shall be multi deck vibratory screen, diesel operated. It should be capable of separating the inorganic non-recyclables (refuse derived fuel or RDF), the degraded organic compost and grit /inert fraction from the old dumped garbage.a)The work shall include complete disposal of the separated fraction which includes separated organic compost/ separated coarse grit / stones / Inert fraction.b)The complete disposal of separated non recyclable RDF fraction from the dump site and the same shall be sent to cement companies for co- processing in their kilns to ensure the same is incinerated at high temperature as per SWM 2016 rules.Calculation:Amount to be paid towards Remediation includes complete remediation of waste + complete Disposal of RDF + complete Disposal of organic compost/inert/Grit=Total quantity Remediated in Cubic meter (M3) X Unit Rate (Rs/ M3) |
| 3 | Providing Tarpaulin sheet cover (200GSM) with Nylon Rope over legacy waste dump site including all materials, labour, tools & plant all complete as per the direction of Engineer Incharge. Dumped fractions as well as the recovered RDF fraction if not disposed during the monsoon period in that respective year are to be covered. Before providing monsoon cover to the garbage dump or RDF fraction, needs to be properly shaped and compacted using hydraulically operated excavator etc. The materials used for covering dump should be properly safe guarded & to be reused in case required. No payment will be made against providing additional quantity for covering the Dump in subsequent monsoon period unless instructed by Engineer Incharge |
