3Refilling the plinth , flooring, foundations etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.
4Loading and unloading of excavated earth.By mechanical transport including loading , unloading and stacking upto a lead upto 10 kms
5Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.
6Providing anti – termite treatment to buildings conforming to I.S.S. 6113 part II 1971 (revised) including adoptingprecautions for health hazards and safety measures as required therein with the cost of all materials, chemicals, plants, equipments required for the treatment and furnishing a guarantee for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of completion including eradicatingany infestation of termite free of cost during the guaranty period complete. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R- 2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90%, compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure. 41Providing and applying indepth crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. 601. The work shall include Civil & ground:- Preparation of survey & Contour drawings to define boundaries, ground layout, drainage planning. Clearing the site from all weeds, debris, obstructions. soil Stabalisation by adding moorum to the existing soil and contour to desired slope,Testing Compaction of soil ( Proctor density of 95% and above is acceptable), 2. BUILD UP OF THE SUB BASE TO THE REQUIRED LEVEL: Once the existing topsoil has been scraped and removed from works area re-grade and fine shaped to the required sub grade design levels as mentioned below to form the ‘crown’ of the field, the sub base must be stable and rock-free including Roll sub-grade with vibratory roller. Any soft spots identified during proof rolling shall be removed and replaced with compacted suitable fill material .+ Watering the sub-grade to bring the earth upto required optimum moisture content. 3. Trenching and backfilling of drains at the sub surface levels.(Drainage Work)- After the subbase formation is complete make trenches as per detailed drawing received. All lateral connecting to drain including disposal of excavated material. +Supply and Installation of Perforated Pipes as per IS code 9271 2004 with all fittings as directed by the engineer in charge.+ Supplying & Spreading Aggregates in Layer format.+ Geosynthetic Fabric 4. Roofing system work for Practice Pitches; Supplying, Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Bend / Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 Grade Yst 350,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL / RINL / TATA/JINDAL, conforming to IS 1161/4923/1239, Minimum Yst 240 thickness upto 10mm ) in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc. with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sectionsincluding Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings issued by Engineer-In-Charge and incorporation of Engineer-In-Charge"s comments on same, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting , threading, machining, leads and lifts upto all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile Membrane shade. The tubular structure system with plate connectors, pinion joints, etc. is to be provided.
