| 1 | Shifting of following capacity AVR/Servo Voltage stabilizers from DRDO hospital, Khonmoh to SMHS hospital Srinagar. The job includes disconnecting the stabilizers from electric circuit, disassemblling of buck boost assembly securely, draining out the transformer oil and storing it in the barrels and then lifting of the dismantlled parts along with barrels filled with oil by means of mechanical crane to load the same in truck. The job afterwards include transportion of the AVR from DRDO hospital to SMHS hospital/GMC Srinagar and unloading of the same by means of mechanical crane and afterwards assembling, oil filling, installation, connecting, earthing. testing & commissioning of the same at the locations as shall be shown. The job also includes testing of the AVR. All tools, tackles, technical manpower, barrels for storing transformer oil, cosumables, damaged thimbles (if any) etc shall be arranged by the firm. The cables required for connecting the AVR shall be provded by the department, however necessary thimbles of required size shall be provided by the contractor. |
| 2 | 01 MVA to be installed at SMHS hospital in place of existing 630 KVA Servo stabilizer after disconnecting it from the circuit and connecting the 01 MVA Servo to the circuit. |
| 3 | 630 KVA to be installed in the Boiler House of SMHS to replace manual stabilizer installed there. |
| 4 | 630 KVA to be installed at Casuality Block in place of 250 KVA Servo Voltage stabilizer which is to be shifted and reinstalled at GMC, Srinagar |
| 5 | 630 KVA Servo Voltage stabilizer to be installed at Govt. Pediatric Hospital al Bemina, Srinagar |
| 6 | Disconnecting of following size cables laid over walls, poles etc in multiple lengths including sorting and placing the same at suitable place. Shifting of the Cables from DRDO hospital, Khonmoh to SMHS hospital Srinagar. The job includes lifting of the same by means of mechanical cranel manually to load the same in truck. The job afterwards include transportion of the Cables from DRDO hospital to SMHS hospital and unloading of the same by means of mechanical crane/manually and and storing the same safely in the recently constructed store und DG Sets at SMHS hospital Srinagar. All tools, tackles, cosumables damaged thimbles (if any) etc shall be arranged by the firm |

| 11 | Dismantalling of the existing steel structure made out of 150mm dia pipe, ISA 65x65x5mm, ISMC 100x50, 12mm thick M.S Plates and pre coated galvanized profile sheets at DRDO Hospital. The job includes stacking, loading, transporting of the material from DRDO Hospital to SMHS hospital and unloading and stacking of the same at SMHS hospital. |
